Selling because it is too big for us and we just don’t use it very much. We only rustic camp but regularly check to make everything is in working order. There’s even an electric fireplace and massaging couch. Have owned it for about 2 1/2 years and only used a handful of times. Purchased brand new from Northern Michigan RV in Gaylord.
