I'm looking for a house with a land lord more concerned with my rent than my life. We are a quiet and private family. We're looking for an older house that may not be beautiful. But is safe to live in. I have grandkids and a large dog and we need room. We have no evictions and always pay our bills. Due to personal reasons we need to relocate. Nothing bad or crazy going on at all. We're just not happy in an apartment. I always take care of my home daily. ( Wall washing, carpets etc several times a year and spring cleaning of yard. ) My animals are well cared for and I clean up behind my dog. Kids need a yard that's crap free. No drama from me, no drama from you and we're good. I have no issues with yearly inspections. As I have never failed an inspection in my life. If this sounds like something your interested in give me a call or email. I'm not trying to go over $1000.00 a month with no utilities included.
