Just bought a house in the area (closing within the week)
Major: house needs to be leveled. Was told there is a two inch dip. Piers
Everything else is pretty normal wear and tear
I need new cabinets put up
Paint
Some flooring (probably going to go with some peel and stick or some vinyl for now)
Drywall and mud
The goal is to get it livable and fix it up as I go
