One-Time Job: Place a Real Estate Sign on Property (Brimley)
I am looking for a reliable individual for a one-time task involving the placement of a real estate for-sale sign on two separate properties we own.
Job Details:
Pick-Up: Go to a Home Depot/Lowe's (or other hardware store) to pick up an order I will place for a real estate sign and marker.
Prepare: Write specific information (provided by me) on the sign carefully and LEGIBLY.
Place: Take the sign to the property and set it up.
Proof of Completion: Send clear pictures of the sign once it is placed on my property.
Requirements:
You must have your own transportation.
Be local to the area for easy travel to the property and hardware store.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
