I Bought this house approximately 7 years ago. The Home has been very good to us and would love to pass it on to someone in need of an affordable, lovable home to raise their children. Located just 2 blocks East from Beautiful downtown Norway, it’s just footsteps from a night on the town, grocery store, church, gas station, hardware store, and many other small business’s.

The backyard is Nicely landscaped, has concrete patio for entertaining guests and a wooden play set with a small playhouse for the kids to enjoy.
The upstairs master bedroom was completed this summer and has made a HUGE difference in the quality of this home. It featuring 2 large walk-in closets, a sturdy half wall surrounding the brand new staircase, 2 West facing windows, and a built-in Air Conditioning unit for those warm summer nights.
The living room features 7 large southern facing windows, which provides incredible sunlight during the day.
The main floor laundry room off the kitchen is easily accessible and has plenty of space for all your household items, and offer access to the back yard/patio.
The bathroom is a bit tight, but offers built-in storage shelves and an updated shower/toilet in 2012.
The kitchen has more than enough cabinet space for all your dishware and kitchen appliances. Kitchen features a deep, split sink with food disposal system with over 15' of counter top space.
The garage is fully insulated and sheeted. I removed the automatic garage door opener due to previous owners engineering. cut into roofing 2x6, which was compromising structural support. The garage has chimney access for wood stove.
The front entrance offers a nice place to relax in those summer months. We use it for a playroom in the summertime and cold storage in winter months. It's a nice little space with 4 large window for viewing the neighborhood.
New carpet throughout the entire house in July, 2019. Kitchen and Bath only rooms not carpeted.
The basement is small, only about a 10' x 10' existing foundation from before this house was built. I wanted to make an office space in the basement, but I don't think i'll get around to that project.
The boiler is approximately 12 years old and has never gave me a single issue, it's extremely efficient and over-sized for the square footage.

The catch..we are not moving into our new house until May, 2020 and will be living here until then. This house will be available to move in around late May/ early June.
