There are four positions; two rooms upstairs and a bunk bed in the back room/hallway. There is a discount for keeping the house full. With a full house, the senior person upstairs gets a $150.00 rebate. Rent is due on the 25th and if not paid by the first, they are served an eviction notice. Eviction may be served for any reason, but usually according to a demerit system.
I am schizophrenic and I usually find two schizophrenics in the same house don’t work. I work at 61, washing dishes.

I’m totally not set up, but I need a renter by March, if you want to brave the conditions and keep the rules for $750.00, $1900.00 to move in, you can help me set it up. I have two desks, two lockers, three beds and a bunk bed that need to be assembled, a shower to put in, shelves to build, trim to paint, doors to put on, a vanity to build and the bathroom sink to get working. I have books to write. I want to double the songbook to 600 songs. I need help weeding the garden. The first thing we’ll do is buy a second refrigerator. Two rooms are presently available.
