I own a duplex that has shared space with private room rentals in upper apartment. Utilities included but a couple sharing a room is 500 due to the increase in utilities. Rooms have door locks.
The idea is to have cheaper easier living for those who don't need that much
There are currently two out of four rooms available
All tenants currently living there usually are working
Just a quiet safe place to lay your head
With shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and nice little balcony for morning coffee
