Hi, I am looking for someone to rent a place with me. My budget is 600 a month and most places want 1000+ so i have a proposition. We rent a place with 2 bedrooms and split the rent and utilities evenly. Looking for a responsible easygoing individual with no drama or substance abuse problems. I am a 30 year old male and it is irrelevant to me who wants to split, as long as they fit the criteria listed above.
