Our current location was inspected by the local fire marshal, and by a licensed electrician of the landlords choosing. We would be happy to do the same with the owner/landlord of the potential property. We care deeply about full 100% legal compliance. Our main needs would be (preferred) cement floor, and have good plumbing accessible. Great opportunity to rent out property that might be remote, or not make a good storefront. Gutted/'To-The-Stud' buildings are fine.
The property would be heavily secured, no visitors would have access, all smell would be contained with high-end carbon filters, and rent would be cash every month, unless a different method is preferred.
