For sale is my Uncle Sam's old 86' M1009 Chevrolet. Price negotiable. 3/4 ton 2 door 4X4 convertible / removable top. The U.S. Government rates these a 3/4 ton. This is a North Dakota, zero rust truck. It has never been in, or seen salt. This one was on a firing range hauling around light rifle ammunition, from 1986 until 2018. Zero rust, very clean inside and out. Highly original. Perfectly maintained. Right around 80k miles. Just in time for America's 250th birthday party! Very fun, and easy on fuel. Rated for 20 mpg, but gets closer to 25 mpg.
Drives, runs, operates and starts perfectly. Surprisingly comfortable ride. Very good easy power steering and brakes feel like a Cadillac. Possible trade for the right Hot Rod. Thank you.
