Looking to sell my delidded 9800x3d. The CPU has only seen minor use, however, I listed the item in excellent condition as opposed to like new because of the cosmettic smudging to the CPU die / scratches under the IHS (see 3rd photo) from the solder removal.

Other than the cosmetic blemishes to the CPU the CPU is fully functional, I've even used it delidded. Only selling because I upgraded to a 9950 x3d for more multi tasking performance.

If you're trying to run a delidded rig this is the CPU for you because the risk has already been taken. However if you want to run this 9800x3d with the IHS, I can supply loctite super glue for free and you can put it back together yourself. You'll have to thermal paste the die yourself and take on the maintenance of removing the IHS to repaste and then glue the IHS back on whenever needed, there are videos online that have recommended maintenance schedules so do your own research.

I'd advise to only buy this item if you're familiar with delidding and CPU / PC maintenance and are willing to do the maintenance necessary to use this item.

****I'm also including a thermal grizzly after market contact frame for free, seeing as I have no use for it.
